Bag Drop is not a delivery service. Every bag is bought and carried by someone who lives in the same ZIP code as the person who asked.

Create your list
Add each item, how many you need, notes or preferences, and any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Post it to your community
Your list becomes visible to Givers in your ZIP code. Your address stays hidden.

A neighbor takes it
The list locks to one Giver and you get an update. Only then can they see your drop-off location.

Receive and confirm
When the bag is in your hands, tap “Got it!” and send your Giver a thank-you note if you'd like.

Browse available lists
See item counts, estimated cost, dietary notes, and status for lists in your community.

Lock a list
Claiming a list removes it from everyone else's view so no one double-buys.

Purchase and verify
Buy the items, then upload a receipt to confirm the purchase within three hours.

Deliver the bag
Hand the bag over at the location that is now visible to you, and wait for confirmation.
Support Your Community Bank
Not everyone can shop and drive. The Community Bank is a shared fund held per ZIP code that Givers can apply to a Bag Drop they have locked. Bag Drop never takes money from the Community Bank as revenue — every settled dollar goes toward filling a list.
